Brief:
We are looking for a mobile developer to define, design and support our growing applications and a reputation for doing great work. We offer great benefits and a casual, fun work environment. Local applicants accepted only.
The right developer will have the following:
- Experience working with android - preferably in an embedded hardware capacity
- Experience working with sqlite - preferably working with content providers
- Experience with android GUI design
Requirements:
- Good team player who is self-motivated and well-organized
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Android APIs and Frameworks
- 2+ years' experience in mobile application development
- Fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, and problem solving
- Portfolio of applications in the Google Play Store. See below for instructions
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in, at least, one modern object-oriented language
- Knowledge of multiple technologies including but not limited to J2EE, CGI, HTML, DHTML, XML, JavaScript, Java, SQL
- MVC frameworks
- Web Services
- Linux/Unix experience
- Attention to detail
