Description:
- Must have Cisco 6500 knowledge: BGP, SLB, netflow, IP routing, SNMP
- Experienced in Linux
- Experience in Windows Server 2003/2008 helpful
- Excels in both a team environment and on an individual basis
- Be willing to be available for after-hours emergencies
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Technical Skills and Requirements:
- Certifications CCNA|CCNP
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
- 3+ years of experience with networking technologies for big and distributed environment (BGP, HSRP, multihoming, IPSec, firewalls)
- Must have experience with Cisco, HP and Fortinet devices
- 3+ years of BGP experience
- Experience mitigating DDoS attacks
Responsibilities:
- Configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN equipments and related services
- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills allowing the ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees and management
- Ability to work with other departments to gather and disseminate information
