Description:
- Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP)
- Established multiple project schedules and timelines assign project tasks, and monitored completion
- Manage risks, issues, and complex cross-project needs
- Serve as a communication hub for project status across various teams Working with Sales, Operations, Systems Administrators, Developers, Network Engineers, Training and Customer Service teams
- Develop project plans, manage scope, and ensure that all teams have the information needed to make informed decisions
- Lead and/or contribute as an individual resource or subject matter specialist to cross-functional projects with regards to dates, risks, impact and schedules
Required Skills/Experience:
- Project Management Certification
- Minimum of 1-2 years working in Technical Project Management, with a focus on product development
- Proven track record in planning solutions, presenting alternatives, reaching a consensus, controlling scope, managing large, cross functional teams across several locations, and identifying business/execution impact of changes
- Ability to think on their feet, adapt to changes, and help drive decisions and ownership
- Ability to learn the company's products, and the regulations for our industry
- Ability to learn company's culture and processes as well as work independently to bring projects in on time and on budget
- Positive attitude and ability to work with variety of personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for all audience levels, both orally and written
- Proficient in MS Project
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Outlook & Word
